The Official flag of Mars will be yellow and brown. Yellow for the sky and brown for the earth. On the flag there are 2 arcs of circles  meaning « under the bubble » and « under earth ». As well as 3 diamonds for the number of big cities.

Money will always be on bank card : MMC wich mean « martien money card ». Inhabitants use it even for the little sum.

The universal language will be french. All plubic services will be in french.

On Mars, ther will be a president who will manage the whole planet. He will dictate laws would have created a council of about 20 persons. He will be elected for 5 years by the counsil, as well as 3 representants of each big cities, who will be elected by the inhabitants for 3 years. He will have laws executed, as well as the Declaration of the citizens rights.
A main law on Mars :
- Nobody will be allowed to get out of the bubble ( because of the lack of oxygen, except persons whose jobs oblige them to as the solar panel repairmen for instance. Peaple committing a mistake or harmful to life on Mars, would be expelled and sent back on earth. There will be no army on Mars, no weapons and no soldiers.

Religion will be only private. For religion as been responsible of many wars and troubles during centuries on Earth, any public religious practice and demonstration will be forbidden.

Concerning food, rotary machines will be installed under the solar panels to cultivate vegetables ans cereals.



Some exceptional round-trip will be done between Mars and the Earth.
Chikens are very workable because they don't take space and we can take a lot of them at each trip.
Chikens will eat the cereals (made in rotary machines) so we will have meat and egs.

Cities will be under the bubble, so temperature will be around 20°c. Inhabitants of Mars won't need many clothes. Raw materials will be natural, like cotton, and recycled, for example : plastic bottles. From these raw materials, wa could make other materials as nylon, jean, etc. To go outside people will have the same shoes, for exemple : nice boots.
In houses, they will have slippers or shoes, they will choose.
